The exam has 40 multiple-choice questions to answer in 45 minutes, in French. You need at least 32 right answers (80%) to pass. The app’s mock exam reproduces these conditions.

No. It is an independent app, with no link to the French administration or any public body. Registration and the exam itself only take place with the relevant authorities.

No. They are original practice questions on the topics of the syllabus. They prepare you for the expected knowledge and format.

Yes, with guest mode. Your progress then stays on your phone; a free account saves it and puts you in the ranking.

Settings › Language: French, English or Arabic. The app and your notifications switch to the chosen language straight away.

When you reopen the quiz, the app offers to pick up where you left off. You can also restart your last session from the Revise tab.

Francis helps you revise as a conversation, question after question. The Coach brings back the questions you missed until you’ve got them.

Answer the question of the day every day to grow your streak. Miss a day and it starts again from zero. A reminder can warn you when it is at risk.

Every quiz you finish earns points. “This month” and “By exam” reset on the 1st of each month; “Overall” adds everything up. Only your first name is shown, and you can leave the ranking in Settings › Ranking.

The timed mock exam, real-life scenarios, lessons and audio revision, the Coach, Francis, all the quizzes, unlimited flashcards and The Civic Ladder without limits. It is an annual subscription of €39.99, with a 7-day free trial.

The subscription is managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial. In the app, Settings › Manage my subscription takes you there.

Sign in with the same account, then tap “Restore purchases” on the Premium screen.

No. Neither deleting the app nor deleting your account cancels the subscription: you must cancel it from your phone’s settings.

Check that you are signed in with the right account. In guest mode, progress stays on the phone you played on.

Profile › gear icon › Account › Delete my account. Without the app, make the request on the Delete my account page.

Only what is needed to help you revise, hosted in Europe, with no advertising and no resale. Everything is explained in the privacy policy.

Close and reopen the app, check your Internet connection and install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If the problem persists, write to us describing what happens.

Check that the app’s notifications are allowed in your phone’s settings, then that the reminders you want are turned on in Settings › Notifications. Battery saver mode can delay some reminders.
